Charles is a Knoxville native and double University of Tennessee graduate. He graduated from undergrad 2011 with a B.S. in History and from the University of Tennessee Law School in 2015.
Charles has been in real estate since 2022 and has experience working in many different property types. His focus is on the retail market whether for investment properties or for businesses looking to find the best location to help them get started or continue to grow.
Charles is known for his straight-forward approach and tells his clients the reality of the situation, even if that is not what they want to hear. He believes in always trying to learn more about the market in both the short and long-term to better understand how the Knoxville real estate market is changing, and more importantly, why it is changing.
He is calm under pressure and unafraid of having tough conversations.
He uses his background as recovering lawyer for both negotiation and researching issues that inevitably arise in real estate.
